Bremen 3 is part of an strategic urban development project focused on transforming the area around Tegeluddsvägen in Stockholm. The property development enables an expansion of office space and service facilities by repurposing and extending existing buildings. The vision is to transform the area from an industrial and commercial zone into a vibrant city environment with a mix of offices, residential spaces, and public amenities.
