100% reused material Pavilion
A restaurant pavilion made out of 100% reused materials is planned for the main square of Danderyd centre in Stockholm. The square is adjacent to the subway station, the local mall and the bus station. Entering the square from the upper level of the centre through a stair the pavilion is seen from above.
A characteristic roofscape makes the pavilion design interesting to view from the upper level of the centre and disguises technical spaces. Down on the square the façade is transparent and glazed to invite passers by into the pavilion and to expose the reused artwork on the interior wall. Here we present a sketch and a early vision of our work for the pavilion.
