Family Housing
The three-story townhouses offer 145 sqm of living space. While primarily designed for families, flexible layouts allow for adaptations to different needs, such as a sauna or an extra guest room. Each unit includes approximately 115 sqm of paved outdoor space, featuring terraces on multiple levels and a front yard.

The development is thoughtfully designed to integrate with the existing landscape, preserving and enhancing the site's natural greenery. Existing trees and vegetation are carefully retained and incorporated into the design, reinforcing both ecological and aesthetic values. The site’s prime location, overlooking the Skurusundet waterway, offers exceptional qualities.

The project's ambition is to create high-quality homes that respectfully enrich their surroundings. Climate-neutral construction with mass timber, solar energy, geothermal heating, shared mobility solutions, and enhanced biodiversity ensures a sustainable and forward-thinking living environment.
