The zoning plan for Bremen 1 and Bremen 3 is currently on public display.

We have been entrusted by Vasakronan to develop their property along Tegeluddsvägen. The project transforms the existing buildings and complements them with extensions and additions, enabling a densification that introduces housing, offices, and active ground floors contributing to a more vibrant urban environment.

The complex was originally built as the headquarters and warehouse for Philips, but today houses Förvaltningsrätten in the higher building and the TV4 headquarters in the former warehouse structure. The transformation builds on the site’s architectural qualities from the 1960s, preserving, reinforcing, and further developing its original character.
